Outstanding Parts Department----
Bell Road Toyota has been my parts departments since 1990.
Recently I moved to Mesa and have not received the level of service and knowledge that I get from Bell Road parts department. Recently I did a top end rebuild, clutch, axles, and steering rack on my 99 Solara with TRD supercharger. I first tried to order parts from a dealer where I get a discount through the local Land Cruiser group, this ended poorly when the parts guy argued that a supercharger was never offered on my car. I then tried one of the new dealers in Mesa that is only 3 miles from my house. When I told the parts guy I needed a valve grind kit he told me I needed to show him each part that is needed in the kit. Basically I would have to look up my own parts. He then told me that the supercharger belt was no longer offered. I decided to drive up to Bell Road where the parts guys have helped me get parts for all my old Toyotas. When I told Bob Douglas what I had
and was doing he said no problem, he knew exactly what I needed. --Bob first tried to find the valve grind kit and belt. He took the time to call Toyota and they confirmed that the valve grind kit was not a valid part number any longer but was able to get me all of the part that were formally included in the kit. Bob also was able to get a part number for a replacement supercharger best that I could pick up at any parts store. This is outstanding service and knowledge. My total order came to $1437.12. All of my parts arrived on time and were correctly ordered. As I started to reassemble my engine I found that the head gasket was packaged incorrectly. The parts depot sent two right side head gaskets but they were packaged as Left and Right, I called Bob and he ordered a new one right there on the phone without even seeing the one in my hand. A week later as I was putting the clutch in I found out that the pressure plate was also packaged wrong from the depot. I called late
in the day and the parts guy I spoke to -Sorry I did not get is name- was also very helpful and ordered a replacement pressure plate without seeing the part. This is the kind of service I need when working on a tight time line. After getting my car back together I needed to get her aligned and charge the AC. Because the Bell Road parts guys took care of me I drove all the way back to have the service department get her driving straight and blowing cold. The 60 mile round trip is worth it to get the right part from a helpful and knowledgeable staff. Anybody can look up parts but not everyone can give service. ----Thank you for the great service from your parts department

Mr. Joe Aleccia
General Manager
Bell Road Toyota
Dear Mr. Aleccia,
Last week, I sold my 2007 Prius to your co. Your employee, Mike Riley, handled all the negotiations. I would like to take a few minutes of your time to express my sincere thanks to Mile the way he handled this transaction. Mike helped me understand how the Prius used market works and was able to satisfy all my questions and concerns. Mike's professional way of handling this transaction allowed us to close the deal in a short time and my wife and left the Toyota Dealership as two very happy Toyota customers! Please extend Mike our sincere thanks for a job well-done. We are looking forward to stop by your dealership next year and buy a New Prius!
Sincerely,

This was sent to Scion this morning, but I wanted to make you all aware of what I had said. A huge thank you to Tony, who has given me excellent counsel and service concerning my cars for almost 20 years; to Todd for making the “goodwill” call to Scion and trusting the people that work for and with him; and to Ruben, who has been repairing and maintaining my cars for a very long time, and was also willing to go to bat for me if this became a difficult situation with Scion. You are all greatly valued and appreciated, and Joe, thank you for caring about me and my family over 20 years ago, and helping us start with the right car for us. I have trusted you and your people (Cora included) for over 2 decades. God’s Blessings upon each of you!!!
PS – somebody let Ruben read this J!
Email to Scion:
I purchased a 2007 Scion TC from my local Toyota dealership upon the recommendation of Mark Templin. At a gathering here in Phoenix he spoke with intelligence and passion about the integrity of the Scion brand, beyond that of the Toyota name (which already carries great trust). I have been a Toyota fan and car buyer for years, and when I was able to afford a new car I purchased a Scion.
I have enjoyed this vehicle very much and to date it has met all of my needs. As it was rather pricey I purchased the extended warranty with the assurance that all mechanical and electrical items would be covered.
Last week as I was attempting to get into the trunk the handle/latch came off in my hand. Much to my dismay I then realized it was made of plastic held on by 4 plastic studs. The entire weight of the trunk hatch is placed upon this plastic piece each time the trunk is opened.
However, it is not just a piece of plastic molding it also houses the trunk electric latch and the light. I had to clip the wires to release this piece so that it would not hang there and scratch the paint off the back of the car until I could get it home 50 miles away.
The next morning I took the car into the dealer for them to fix it, and they said that the piece would cost $150 plus labor. Needless to say I was taken aback as this should be covered by the warranty. I was told that it was not because it was considered "molding". Even though you can't access the trunk (electrical and mechanical apparatus engineered into the plastic piece) or have your license plate lit up (which is a state law in AZ) without it - as it was considered "cosmetic".
Fortunately, these service guys are amazing and they called the local Scion rep who "goodwilled" the repair without additional payment from me. I am extremely grateful for both the Scion rep and the gentlemen at the dealership.
That being said, I was again surprised that this piece was in stock and they keep it in stock because of the many times it breaks. When I looked at the new repair it was again another plastic piece with 4 plastic studs. How is that possible?! The likelihood of this happening again is very great. I am not a 300-pound gorilla, and I probably only access the trunk space 4 times a month or less, and with that small amount of usage it still broke. So this is not a solution, just a band-aid for now.
I have spoken at length with the mechanic, he is very bright and has a great amount of experience and expertise with your cars, and I believe that he could be very helpful in assisting you to design a piece that has dependability and longevity, which is a trademark of all the Toyota cars. I would imagine that you have brilliant engineers that can also come up with a "better mousetrap", and if you did some research on how many of these you have had to replace, I surmise that the poor craftsmanship of this design is not cost effective for your company.
I am often asked by strangers at the gas station and in parking lots how I like my Scion, and until now I have given glowing reports, but the next time I am asked I will have to include this concern about this piece. You definitely do not want to lose actual sales over something that can be redesigned. And you should redesign it, if for no other reason than because it is the right and honorable thing to do.
I am sending this to the dealership as well, and will be happy to give you more information on the commendable people that work there. Please let me know if I can assist you in any other way. Complaints might be helpful, but solutions are better, and I would be happy to help you find one for this issue.

Dear Tom:
The car I just had serviced was my 3rd Toyota Camry. My Lease will expire in November. I will once again buy a Camry. A very big part of that purchase is the great service I receive from Tony Isselhardt in your service. He takes the time to answer all my questions. He always greets me with a warm smile (even when he is so busy with customers). He is thorough and I know that the service is done correctly when Tony is in charge. We appreciate the fine job he does.
Thank you!

I would like to take the time to commend your service advisor Scott. Yesterday, Monday 9-12-11 I was out in the desert in my 07 Sequoia when I could-not get it out of 4wd low. I placed a call to the dealership in an attempt to get advice on how to get it back into 2wd. When all attempts failed, Scott offered to meet me in the desert on his own time it was in the evening, and he was about to get off, in his own vehicle. He promptly arrived, and attempted to remedy the problem. Although he failed, I was still grateful for his attempt. I ended up driving it in the current condition the short way home. Although I wanted to have it towed to your dealership for the service due to the excellent service provided, this morning I had it towed to the dealer I normally used due to it being more cost prohibitive. However, with that being said, I will definitely consider your dealership and Scott for any future maintenance on that vehicle or my 2000 Tacoma. Congratulations on having such an exemplary employee to represent your business.

Dear Doreen,
Lee and I wish to thank you for your professionalism and making our Toyota lease easy! Not to be repetitive , but you have won our business from 2-3 other nearby Toyota Dealers. My Rav4 has everything I hoped it would plus many extras! Making this a hassle-free experience is another reason why I am a Toyota fan. I think you may have my husband thinking about a Toyota for himself! Again, you are a true gem and I look forward to our continued business together.
Sincerely,

Dear Sales Manager:
I am writing to let you know of my buying experience and a few of the employees I dealt with at BRT. I had been interested in a FJ Cruiser. Long story short, on Tuesday my wife found one via your website. I called BRT and was connected to Steve Dargo. He was very polite and enthusiastic, and said the vehicle I was interested in was still available. After 3 more phone conversations, I told Steve I was on my way to BRT. He said he was going to a training class but that Scott Nowlin would meet us when we arrived. (We live in the East Valley. You guys are close to a hours' drive). Scott met my wife and I, when we arrived. He was energetic, polite, and enthusiastic. After serving us a cold bottle of water he took us for a test drive. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and had a smile on his face for the whole time we were there. Needless to say we purchased the FJ. Bill the business manager was unbelievably efficient, friendly and personable as well! The most important fact, however, is that I had to leave while the vehicle was being detailed and the alarm system set up. My wife told me that during that time, Scott sat with her and not only got her coffee and doughnuts but everyone else in the lounge area as well. I truly hope that you recognize Scott, Steve and Bill each individually, as well as to all of the BRT staff. I will always recommend Bell Road Toyota, and Scott, Steve and Bill, to anyone I know that is in the market for a new vehicle.
Have a great day!
Best Always,
Tom S.

Mr. Joe Aleccia, We have made 13 whole house moves during our marriage; ergo we have had a lot of different dealerships by which to judge. We have always had a Toyota. Getting a service consultant is pretty much a "luck of the draw" situation and boy, did I have the luck this time. I got the very best service consultant in your dealership (and best I have ever had anywhere), Mr. Tony Isselhardt. In the many moves we have made and the many Toyota dealerships with which we have dealt, I only had one service consultant that even approaches Tony; that was in Arlington, VA, where I went through three (3) Toyota dealerships before U found one I liked. I though I'd never find a replacement. Lucky me, I more than replaced him with the most superb of all, Tony Isselhardt. Tony evinces the same sterling character, honesty, and effort to save me money (even though I imagine it costs him as he loses a commission on what he "sells" me). He surpasses my Arlington service manager in personal touch and knowledge of his product. He keeps our 1997 Camry in superb operating condition. I have met and dealt with some of your other service consultants on occasions. All seemed professional and very good. Thank you for your excellent dealership and having the Best service consultant I have ever dealt with in almost 38 years of Toyota ownership. Please convey my deepest appreciation and thanks to Tony for his stellar and honest performance! Gratefully,
General Manager

RE: SERVICE CONSULTANT TONY ISSELHARDT
Sir,
By the way of introduction, I am Steve E. My wife and I were transferred here in the spring of 2008. We have since fallen in love with Phoenix, just bought a condo, and plan to stay here for the rest of our lives. After moving here I checked out the various Toyota dealerships and Bell Road Toyota can Highly recommended. Even though there are Toyota dealerships much closer to where we live, I went to Bell. I have alwaysregarded that as one of my better decisions.

I have just finished my first experience with your service dept. I give you a resounding -quote-GOOD-JOB-quote-. Tony Isselhardt was ready for me at my appointment, told me how long the maintenance would take-he was 5minutes early and, was waiting for me with the paperwork ready when I returned. Efficient, personable, and professional. By the way, the lady who I spoke to on the phone-Christina, made a wonderful first impression for your dept as well! Thank You! You-ve set a high standard, but you have earned a new customer! See you in 6 months.

Dear Mr. Hollingbaugh Sincerely,
Most recently I employed Bell Road Certified Collision Center to repair damages incurred by a "hit and run" accident. USAA highly recommended your collision center which was fortuitous as I purchased my car from your dealership. At my arrival I was welcomed by Laura Beth as though I was a guest in her home. She promptly retrieved my paperwork and informed me of the process. Bob Randall's knowledge and experience was most impressive. The car inspection was thorough and precise. The day after I retrieved my repaired vehicle I noted a small issue with the windshield. In order to save me two hour round trip, Bob came to my work place after his days work and remedied the problem. His stated goal was to insure my satisfaction. He achieved his goal and earned my respect. Steve Adams contributed greatly to my quest for perfection. He listened to my concerns and immediately took care of minute issues that only an owner would notice. Laura, Bob and Steve seemingly achieved the impossible by making my inconvenient circumstance a pleasant experience. I' m a fan and I' m spreading the word!

Good Day,
I recently had the occasion to deal with Laura Beth and Steve in the repair of my 06 Avalon & 06 Scion XB. Body repair is similar to a root canal (when you need it you got to have it but, you don't look forward to it)! You must know the way Laura Beth & Steve conducted themselves it almost has me looking forward to my next fender bender, (not really). Good employees are a great asset and hard to find. You have two Great people in those. Much success & all the Best!

Mr. Joe Aleccia
General Manager
Dear Mr. Aleccia
Recently, I had an issue with my Avalon which was purchased in Dec 2010. I could not get the car to start. I was at a park near Lincoln & 20 st. I called your facility and was put in contact with Todd. He immediately sent a vehicle out to assist me. The battery was checked and was found to be fully charged. The response vehicle driver was perplexed. The driver was instructed to bring me to your facility and a loaner was provided. I was told my Avalon would be towed to your facility and thoroughly checked out.
Turns out that the problem was a "fluke" and was as a result of a factory mistake. There were wires that had not been properly connected and that is what caused the car to "die". The next day my Avalon was repaired.
I wanted to let you know how very satisfied I was with the service, response time, empathy and concern, and professionalism of your staff. I did not feel comfortable just leaving my Avalon parked on the road next to Granada Park and your staff did all they could to get it towed immediately.
Please let Todd know what a great job I thought he did.
Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
Shari G.

Dear Tom,
I wanted to let you know what a great service advisor you have in Dan Adams. He did a wonderful job in keeping me informed and taking care of my car while it was in for repairs that were thankfully covered under the extended warranty. I love my 4-runner and appreciate the great service I receive from Dan and Bell Road Toyota! Keep up the Great work!

Hello Patti,
Your service was excellent and I was pleased with my visit yesterday. I originally purchased my car at another Toyota store. I took it back there a couple of times when it was under warranty but, I did not appreciate the snooty Scottsdale attitude their staff presents. I decided to bring it to you for the recall work. Your service advisor Steve was pleasant and the work was done quickly. I also liked the fact that I was not attacked by sales people trying to get me to trade in my car while I walked around the lot as I waited for the service to be done. I will return to Bell Rd for all my OEM needs and see you first when I am ready to buy a new car.

Mr JC Coen With kindest regards,

Dear JC,
Steve (my brother) and I wanted to write this letter to your manager with reference to the purchase of my 2009 Camry last October. I’m sorry I have not done this sooner, although I 've thought about it; but at least, I can report that since this is my first Toyota product, I've now had it for a few months and am very, very pleased with it. Not only did you give me top dollar for my older trade-in but you also agreed to include mats and window tint for the Camry as part of the deal. You followed-through on your promise and called me the next day to schedule the window tinting. Everything went seamlessly that Sunday evening because you made the buying experience calming and because you are honest. In today's world, that seems hard to come by. In closing, JC, please pass this along to those whom should be made aware of it, you deserve this acknowledgement. I know I wouldn't be as happy as I am now with my car. You go the extra mile not because you "have to" but because you want to. You can rest assured that I will send along any friends and co-workers who are interested in a new car!

Mr. Howard Keyes Sincerely,
Keyes Motors
Dear Mr. Keyes,
I have been a loyal customer of Bell Rd Toyota since the dealership was about 6 months old. At that time my husband took his Camry in for servicing and when he went to pay, the lady behind him said "at least they didn't lose my car like the other dealer did!" Since then we have had many laughs over that comment and many years of excellent service on our cars. Now that my husband has passed away, it is reassuring to know that Dan Adams, your service consultant, is still looking after my vehicle. He is definitely the reason I have my car serviced there.
However, the reason I am writing this letter is because of my purchase of a 2011 Highlander December 8, 2010. I loved the light blue color of my 09 Highlander, but as time went on I realized that there were times when the 4 cyl, was just not safe. When I received the letter for the Toyotathon I decided to see Larry Ajayi about a 6 cyl. Light blue Highlander.
They say it takes a village to raise a child. Little did I know that it would take a whole dealership to sell me a car! They had to find and go get a blue Highlander. Meanwhile, I test drove a 6 cyl and knew I definitely wanted one. Unbelievably I ended up buying my car sight unseen except from the pictures in the 2011 Brochure. When I finally saw it, I did not like the color at all! (it was much darker then the pictures in the brochure) but I took possession of it since it was late etc. Scott Brown, your business mgr, had said I would be asked to evaluate my buying experience and if I couldn't give them an A+ to let him know. That night I knew I could give your employees an A+ but, I could only give myself an F as a buyer. The next day I went to the store to bring my check among other things. When I stepped through the door, Ed Himes saw me and said, "I know when you left here last night you were not happy. How can we make it right?" I cannot begin to tell you how much those words meant to me. As it turned out Larry Ajayi let me test drive a 2010 and look at the rest of your inventory. I ended up with the blue highlander that I had taken home the night before even though it definitely is not light blue! As for my buying experience at Bell Rd Toyota, I cannot give enough +'s to the A for your sales staff. I assure you that there were others involved in this transaction besides the ones mentioned above including Troy Petracek, Greg Stinnett and Frank Carl. I apologize for not acknowledging the others that I know must have been involved. All in all your staff has definitely earned an A+ rating. I just wish there was higher rating!

Mr. Joe Aleccia, I have had my previous Toyotas (5) repaired or serviced at your facility and have always been pleased with the outcome. (Tony I is my favorite service manager!). This time was just a little bit better, and I feel it was because of Steve's kindness and thoughtfulness. Also, the young ladies who answer the phones are terrific! Very Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Aleccia:
Re: Commendation - Steve Adams
The purpose of this letter is to formally commend Steve Adams for the excellent service he provided to me during my Highlander's recent hail damage repair. Throughout the entire time it took for the repairs Steve was kind, helpful, thorough in his explanations, and patient with me. My insurance took an inordinately long time to answer his queries and thus I am sure created a backlog of work for him, yet every time we talked he was very professional!
Bell Road Toyota is my car buying home. I have always been treated with dignity and respect. I know that these attributes begin at the top so " Thank You!" to you and all of your team. I hope you have a wonderful holiday and I will return to Bell Road Toyota when I next need help or another new car.

Bell Road Toyota The first impression of Bell Road - Quita Marcione: My first phone encounter with Quita was this past summer. I'd recently lost my job and was informed my battery was on it's last leg not to even stop. With funds low, I called into Bell Road thinking it would be the best way to go and even though you could hear the phones going crazy, quickly told Quita my situation and asked could I come in quickly as I had a temp jop to get to thereafter? She assured me it should be fine. Then I explained I had been assigned to a few new service writers, and told Quita what i looked for in a service writer-WHO would she recommend? She forwarded me to Tony Isselhardt. He too, has been a good connection for me. Then with the New Car Show coming into town (my early Christmas present) I was hoping to get just one ticket and called Bell Road. Instead of feeling bothered with my selfish request, she took down my info and said she'd work on it. I figured i'd never hear about it again. Then, when I brought my friend in to shop, Quita remembered my name and about the car show tickets!! I was shocked! Offering me those delicious Otis Spunkmeyer cookies, she offered to find a salesperson to answer our questions, and up walked Tony. Weeks later, another shock-Quita called me to say she had tickets! for the show and for me to pick up!! Her efforts and memory made several people happy!! Maybe because I am loyal to Bell Rd Toyota, I expect Bell Rd Toyota to be loyal to me! But, with customer service, the kindness I am receiving are wonderful and I do share my experiences. You've got a Gem in that Quita!! I watched her worked her worked those phones and her style on callers, visitors. She's professional but caring, warm. Obviously, a "sponge" when it comes to remembering details! You have the first impression that she is going to try her personal best for you and that the rest of Bell Road will, too! Sincerely,
In care of Ms. Quita Marcione

Hi Tom / Patty,
In advance of the official Toyota Survey, I'd like to send a few words of praise about Chad Hinson. Chad has, on two occasions now, represented Toyota in a way that mad me feel like Toyota cares about their image and me as a customer. Most recently, Chad was my service advisor for an issue that came up with my 2008 4runner. After a thorough service by Toyota prior to the factory warranty expiring, a series of service indicator lights appeared on my instrument cluster. As a goodwill gesture, Chad took care of the diagnostic fee and the faulty gas cap that was identified as the cause of the issue. I appreciated his efforts and concerns. In my mind, Chad was "doing the right thing", by handling it this way! It made me feel good in purchasing my 2010 Prius!
Thank You Chad,
Best Regards,
Mark P

Dear Joe,
I want to tell you how well I was treated on Wed 10/20/10 by your team Rhett, Tim & Don Scott with the purchase of my Scion. Rhett did his absolute best to help me get out of a lemon I bought from another dealer! I have told everyone on Facebook, Twitter etc how wonderful my experience has been at Bell Road Toyota! My salesman Steve Dargo did a great job for us in finding the perfect car that fit us. After coming out of such a bad experience I can tell you it means everything not to be mislead and lied to! Kudos to those employees who really went the extra mile!

To whom it may concern: I would like to take a minute of your time to express my satisfaction with one of your service advisors, Mr. Dan Adams. I bought a new Scion XA back in 2005. Since, that time Mr. Adams has been my service advisor, for 5 years straight. Every time, I got my car serviced, Mr. Adams is always very friendly courteous and helpful. I'm always pleased to se Dan, because I know my concerns about my car will be met. Dan goes far and beyond to make sure I'm a satisfied customer, and I am! I no longer have this car, that's why I wanted to express my gratitude, satisfaction and overall great service I always received by Dan! Bell Road Toyota, you guys did an excellent job in hiring a great Service Advisor, like Dan Adams!

What a team @ Bell Road Toyota!
I am so happy with the purchase of my Toyota Tacoma/Access Cab that it certainly would not do justice to the folks that helped me through the process without making a comment. Joe Call sold me my first truck which was just totally awesome with Joe Marchisello "crunching" the numbers for the purchase. Well we made it and I had my first new truck in many years. I have owned 3 Toyotas. I drove this new Tacoma back to Flagstaff really feeling good! However, I decided that I would like to add "cruz"control and that was not allowed in that model. No problem, I met JC Coen to see what can be done. We started looking into a trade for a 2011 and I was happy with that and how hard JC was working to make this deal work as well. Then all of a sudden, JC called and said he had found a used 2010 truck EXACTLY like I wanted with very low mileage and not a scratch on it. Man-O-Man what a surprise call. I then came back down to meet with JC and we got the deal done with Joe M. "crunching" numbers and making it possible for me to buy. Well it is in my front yard and I am a very Happy Bell Rd Toyota customer! I can't believe how hard JC worked to find this vehicle and call me in Flagstaff. I now own my second Toyota Truck in 3 months. WOW. This truck is totally awesome for the lack of better words. I now have my "cruz control" bucket seats, more room, a beautiful truck and much more! I really need you to thank your "crew" for assisting in this purchase. JC, Joe M. and Brian. And don't forget the nice ladies that called me to check on the services you provided on my first truck. Follow-ups showed the professional concern of Bell Toyota. I responded to all but have the names on my email at work. Thank them for calling, setting up an appt for my truck and reminding me of my scheduled date and time! finally, having staff like this just shows how much the Owner cares about customers. His selected staff is proof. I am very happy and will continue to show off my truck and wear the license plate holder with BELL TOYOTA on it. I will send folks I know to you at Bell Toyota. There is a reason I purchased my vehicles there instead of the dealer right here in Flagstaff. It is evidenced in this letter.

Re: Glenn Coe, used car mgr
About 4 weeks ago we purchased a used vehicle from your dealership. We had a small maintenance issue with the car within 2 weeks. I contacted Glenn Coe your used car manager. He made sure things were taken care of immediately by going above and beyond any other dealership I have ever dealt with. Glenn also helped us find the vehicle when we made the original purchase. Our other car had been totaled in an accident. Glenn found our new car in 2 days. I want to thank Bell Road Toyota and Glenn for making this go so easy!

To whom it may concern:
I went to Bell Road Toyota and met my sales person Doreen Fischer. I was looking at a used Prius and saw my 2010 Prius on the showroom floor. I have never in my life been treated so wonderfully at any dealership in almost my 60 years of buying vehicles. I praise Bell Rd Toyota and everyone I have dealt with there is without a doubt the most competent and caring people. Everyone is personable and genuinely concerned about taking care of you. The follow up phone calls and emails were nice. They exceeded any expectations I might have had. I hope my letter to you might make a difference, possibly even to help someone else that has had a not so pleasant experience at another Toyota dealership.

Mr. Joe Aleccia Sincerely, Abigail
General Manager
Bell-Road Toyota
Dear Mr. Aleccia
As a management professional, I appreciate it when people let me know about a superb staff member. I am betting you feel the same way. Your employee, Doreen, goes above and beyond Superb! She is truly one of a kind! Recently, we were in and purchased a car from Doreen. As with all car buying decisions, it was difficult but Doreen aptly guided us gently but expertly through the process. She was, without a doubt, the best salesperson I have ever encountered. She had kept me updated via email and when we finally made it in, she made it so easy. It;s a long story - but it ended with us leaving with our new Toyota and being more than elated with your dealership and our purchase. We had a family member who served many years within management of Toyota of North America. We know and understand how Toyota accepts nothing but the top of the line quality in everything they do. You truly have a top of the line employee in Mrs. Fischer. Her talent, skills and compassion are unsurpassed. Rest assured that we will continue to recommend Ms Fischer and your dealership to our friends and associates who are looking for a new car. Thank you for having such a truly FANTASTIC employee in Doreen!

Kenny,
I want to thank you for not only talking me into getting my beautiful new car, that I loooove sooo much, but also for making mine and Tony’s experience with Bell Road Toyata, fun and enjoyable. I know that we ran into a couple set back here and there, but you and everyone else there remained very calm and smooth in directing us through them. One of the things that I personally want to thank you for was your hospitality and your concern for our needs and comfort, (your guy’s coffee is GREAT!) Tony and I really enjoyed your services and we will definitely be referring you to our friends. Thank you very much for your business! Have a great day!
Sincerely,
Layci

RE: Doreen Fischer
General Manager - Bell Rd Toyota
Hello Joe,
I wanted to take a moment and let you know that I truly enjoyed my car buying experience at Bell Road Toyota. Specifically, I appreciated the professional assistance I received from Doreen Fischer. My last four car purchases were with an associate at another Toyota dealer in town. Unfortunately, he moved and I needed to establish a new relationship. Thanks to Doreen, you have a new client! Please let Doreen know that we appreciated her friendly and professional approach!
Thank You.
