About 4 weeks ago we purchased a used vehicle from your dealership. We had a small maintenance issue with the car within 2 weeks. I contacted Glenn Coe your used car manager. He made sure things were taken care of immediately by going above and beyond any other dealership I have ever dealt with. Glenn also helped us find the vehicle when we made the original purchase. Our other car had been totaled in an accident. Glenn found our new car in 2 days. I want to thank Bell Road Toyota and Glenn for making this go so easy!

I went to Bell Road Toyota and met my sales person Doreen Fischer. I was looking at a used Prius and saw my 2010 Prius on the showroom floor. I have never in my life been treated so wonderfully at any dealership in almost my 60 years of buying vehicles. I praise Bell Rd Toyota and everyone I have dealt with there is without a doubt the most competent and caring people. Everyone is personable and genuinely concerned about taking care of you. The follow up phone calls and emails were nice. They exceeded any expectations I might have had. I hope my letter to you might make a difference, possibly even to help someone else that has had a not so pleasant experience at another Toyota dealership.
